The fast-diversifying Humberts has set up regional hubs to handle its new homes and land division, in addition to taking on new recruits.
The division will in future operate six hubs - Cotswolds, based in Cirencester; West based in Chippenham; South West based in Sherborne; South East out of Sevenoaks; The South from Southampton; and London which will be based at the firm’s new central London Mayfair office.
In addition Land and New Homes department head Adam Phelps will lead an expanded team in each region.
These include new faces Paul Grocott in Southampton - he comes with over 30 years’ experience in the industry having previously run his own agency business - and Gerald Harford in Chippenham, who has worked for the company for many years but has only recently joined the new homes team.
“As a department we are constantly revising and evaluating our service offering and strive to deliver an innovative approach to our clients’ needs both large and small” explains Phelps.
“Our aim is to connect with buyers driving sales through a focused marketing strategy across all platforms and growing revenues for our clients in an increasingly competitive market. The strength of our brand coupled with the best prop tech and people on the team enable us to provide a tailored menu driven mix of specific services” he adds.
He says the land and new homes activities are driven from the Mayfair base.
The company says its intention is to continue further new homes expansion into other parts of the UK, where Humberts already have a presence.
