London estate agency chain Dexters is expanding its brand once again thanks to a new partnership with Stirling Ackroyd New Homes.
Dexters already has over 60 offices across the capital, and last week Estate Agent Today revealed that it had acquired Benham & Reeves; now it has a deal with Stirling Ackroyd to market new homes under the Dexters brand in Shoreditch, Clerkenwell and east and north London as well as Peckham in the south east.
Stirling Ackroyd estate agency is not affected by this partnership as it is a separate company.
Over the past eight years Stirling Ackroyd New Homes has been responsible for the sale of over 1,500 new apartments.
Stirling Ackroyd New Homes will continue to be led by directors Andrew Bridges and Nick Davies, alongside head of new home sales Stephen Porter.
Also trading under the Dexters banner, Stirling Ackroyd’s land team will continue to operate, building on its record of land transactions totalling over £200m in recent years.
A statement from Stirling Ackroyd New Homes says the aim of the partnership is “to maximise market reach to prospective buyers and tenants, whilst offering a premium service to developers.”
“This partnership will boost both companies, because it taps into the fundamentals of the capital’s property market. London needs a new wave of development for jobs, regeneration and growth” says Andrew Bridges, managing director of Stirling Ackroyd New Homes.
“London is shifting its centre of gravity eastwards. Growth for the entire capital is increasingly boosted by developers supplying much-needed new homes in places where there is greatest demand. Working with Dexters, we will be able to combine our long-standing expertise in these exciting sub-markets with the largest independent sales force and network of property experts in London” he adds.
