Cotswolds-based agency expands to second office - and plans more

A Cotswolds-based agency has expanded to a second office and says it has plans to develop further in the region.

Move was established by George Tatham-Losh in July 2013. He now heads up the business and is a local lettings expert for the Property Investors Network.

“Whilst the digital side to our business is key, we recognise the importance of personal service and the importance many people place on an agent having a local office in their area. Gloucester is well and truly on the up and we foresee there being some great opportunities both for the property sales and lettings side to the business” he says.

“We will be looking to recruit new agents from the city and the surrounding area and we are using local contractors on the refurbishment. We are very much looking forward to bringing our distinctly different offering to more people in the city. In an industry that is not always the first you think of when it comes to quality customer service. We are fiercely proud of the fact that we are the region’s most rated and highest rated agent on social media” he adds. 

The new office in Gloucester is being refurbished after being vacant for some time; it is expected to open next month. 

“We have now fine-tuned the business in our flagship Cheltenham office and have an exciting growth plan. We are very much looking forward to the opening of the new Gloucester office and see this as a stepping stone to further expansion and, when the time is right, more offices in the Cotswolds” says Tatham-Losh.
