Manning Stainton, one of the major estate agency chains operating across North Yorkshire, is to return to listing on ZPG.
It will continue to list on Rightmove an OnTheMarket.
Its network of 19 offices across Leeds and North Yorkshire will now advertise on Zoopla with immediate effect.
“We recognise that the vast number of people visiting Zoopla will greatly benefit both our clients, in terms of eyes on their property, and our own business in the additional leads generated by ZPG” says Mark Manning, managing director of Manning Stainton.
“We have seen other returnees to the ZPG platform and wanted to make sure we moved fast and early in terms of returning to their platform and felt now was the right time to list across all three main portals” he adds.
Mark Goddard, ZPG Property Services’ managing director says: “We’re delighted to welcome Manning Stainton back. They are an independent family run business who clearly understand the ZPG value proposition and want to ensure they have a competitive advantage and we look forward to working with them.”
