Hybrid agency EweMove says it has seen four portfolio acquisitions and 29 new areas ‘purchased’ by franchisees since June 2017, taking it to 122 branches across the UK.
The announcement came in a statement from the firm marking its fifth birthday, and the first anniversary of Nick Neill becoming managing director.
“The last year has been fantastic for the entire EweMove flock” says Neill.
“The brand was set up with the purpose of not only providing a new and customer-centric alternative for homeowners, buyers, landlords and tenants to access estate agency and lettings services, but supporting agents to become part of that commitment by helping them to build businesses of their own.
“I was one of the very first franchisees to come on board when I opened up the York branch early in 2014, which I’m proud to say remains one of our best performing areas.
“Having that in-depth and first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to be a EweMove franchisee has been hugely valuable in helping me lead the organisation over the last year, supporting our franchisees in growing their businesses, and continuing to innovate when it comes to combining the best of the online and traditional worlds of estate and lettings agency.”
EweMove, part of the Property Franchise Group, launched in 2013.
“We’ve always been at the very forefront of innovation, and it’s this ongoing commitment that will see us continue to lead the way and change the face of estate agency as we know it” says Neill.
“EweMove’s proposition is all about our customers’ needs, and our overarching business model ensures that every one of our franchisees is able to consistently deliver on our promise of a high quality and personal service each and every time.”
