Purplebricks’ finance chief Matthew Farrow is reported to have left the company to join IT and cloud communications company Timico.
Just over a year ago financial website dealmakerz claimed Farrow had made around £1m after cashing in just over 600,000 shares following Purplebricks’ floatation on the Alternative Investment Market.
Now Farrow, who has 20 years experience in IT and who joined Purplebricks in 2014, is leaving.
“I’m very excited to be joining Timico at such a pivotal time, working alongside an exceptional leadership team. The business is in a solid position as it sets out to achieve ambitious growth and I look forward to bringing my deep sector experience to the table, implementing winning strategies that will help to achieve superior financial performance” he says.
Farrow trained at the Arthur Andersen accountancy firm and has also consulted for various companies in the private equity technology sector.
