They're not quite over yet - final County ESTAS awards just announced

The final winners’ list for this year’s ESTAS Awards has just been published with the  ‘Best In County’ agents named - traditionally these are announced a few days after the awards event itself. 

“Whilst it’s fantastic for an agency branch to receive a regional or national award their market and competition is more local, normally in their respective county, so to be able to promote themselves as an ESTAS ‘Best in County’ winner is a valuable marketing tool” explains Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS. 

The ESTAS Awards, sponsored by Zoopla and now celebrating 15 years, determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK based purely on feedback from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.

This year over 36,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.  

Brown adds: “At The ESTAS we’re proud to say we believe in old fashioned values like customer service. We know how hard it is to deliver it and that’s why we put the spotlight on property firms who are committed to providing excellent service. The ESTAS brand helps generate consumer trust for all property professionals involved in the home moving process.”

Phil Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS every year since the very first in 2003, says: “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service you deliver to your clients. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra.”

The main awards event itself took place on Friday at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today, is the media partner of The ESTAS, and scored its own successes at the event on Friday.

The company won Best in Sector for Digital Marketing and a product created and marketed by Angels Media - The ValPal Network - was awarded Best In Sector Online Valuation Tool for the second successive year.

Other Best In Sector supplier winners included PropTech firm PayProp (Payment Services sector); Agency Express (Board Specialists), Rent4sure (Tenant Referencing), Reapit (CRM Software) and Metropix (Floor Plans).
