Two online agents and a number of PropTech companies have been named in startups.co.uk's Startups 100 index.
Coming in at number 64 is hybrid letting agency Home Made, which claims to offer a premium high-end service 'without the sky-high fees'.
The agency - which currently only operates in London and was founded by Asaf Navot and Nick Binnington - charges landlords fees starting at £948 plus VAT, which it says are 60-90% lower than the industry standard management fee.
Focusing on rental properties valued at £500,000+, the agency's service includes a dedicated account manager, photography, floor plans and accompanied viewings.
Earlier this year, Home Made raised £850,000 in a funding round led by private equity firm Tethys Equity.
The other agency on the list is Settled which is ranked 88th.
Settled - which describes itself as an end-to-end solution - is run by brother and sister duo Paul and Gemma Young.
In its three years of operation, it claims to have sold over £500 million worth of property, 'saving' consumers up to £6 million in commission fees.
Settled's up-front fee currently starts at £499, which includes a market appraisal, photography, floor plans, portal listings and 'help' with viewings and offers.
This year, the company launched a deposit conveyancing scheme and announced the appointment of former MTV boss Marc Abraham as its chief product officer.
The 100 firms listed in the Startups 100 employ almost 2,000 staff collectively, while the average turnover of a startup in the top 100 is £1.5 million.
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the index aims to identify the UK's 'most awe-inspiring and fast-growth potential new businesses launched in the last three years'.
The highest ranked PropTech firm is Airsorted - the Airbnb management platform - which comes in at number 10.
To date, the startup has managed more than 3,800 homes across the world and aims to become a 'globally dominant home-stay management company'.
Next up is Habito, the online mortgage broker, which was ranked 12th.
The free online brokerage asks borrowers questions and then analyses every mortgage on the market, from over 70 lenders, to find the best suitable product.
It claims to have helped 72,000 consumers since its launch in April 2016.
Other PropTech startups on the list include GuestReady (13th) - the short-let property management firm and Pad (50th), an advertising platform for rental properties.
