Hunters is hoping to defy the long-running slowdown in the London market with the opening of a new branch in Greenwich.
The office previously traded as Riley Marshall and takes the number of its branches in the capital to 25.
Nationwide, the franchise company now has over 200 offices.
The managing director of Hunters Greenwich, Bruce Marshall, says it was an obvious move for Riley Marshall to join “one of the nations most trusted and reputable estate agent [brands]” with “a winning mentality.”
The chief executive of Hunters, Glynis Frew, says the new Greenwich office will help the firm strengthen its presence across the capital.
