The Cobham and Esher team will be headed up by Jamie-Leigh Harvey, while the Guildford and Ascot team will be managed by Ross Harvey.
The department's regional partner is Neil Cunningham, who commented: "The move to centralise our teams means that they can work together more effectively and be more strategic about how they serve their clients."

Staying with lettings but moving on to Gloucestershire, managing director of CGT Lettings, Angharad Trueman has been selected as the ARLA Propertymark representative for Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and North East Somerset.
Yet to turn 30 and recently becoming managing director following a stint as operations manager, Angharad will be responsible for gathering ARLA members' views and sharing them with the board. He'll also organise two regional events per year and act as a local press contact representative for ARLA Propertymark.
"It’s a big challenge which I’m really looking forward to," says Angharad. "Through this role I’ll be able to meet fellow lettings professionals and hopefully be able to recruit new members."

Over at Rickman Properties - a leading independent agent in Kensington - William Rousset has been appointed as director of residential sales and lettings.
The firm's managing director, Kieran Ryan, says William's appointment was an easy decision to make.
"William brings with him a wealth of local experience, having been previously employed at Chard, Farleys and Chestertons. His enthusiasm shone through immediately," explains Kieran of his new colleague.
Meanwhile, it's all change at the Residential Landlords Association (RLA) where a new chief executive has been appointed.
Andrew Dixon has previously worked for Tesco, Boots and Proctor & Gamble. He was most recently working in Kenya as the chief operating officer of a supermarket chain.
"I believe the RLA has developed a great service for its members and this is reflected in the doubling of its membership over the last five years," says Alan.
"I look forward to bringing some additional experience to the team which I hope will extend the offer and further grow the membership."

There's a newly-created position at Edinburgh residential property investment and lettings firm Cullen Property as Mhairi-Clare Galletta has been appointed new business executive.
The role will see Mhairi-Clare advise landlords and property investors on opportunities in the Scottish capital as well as helping existing clients to generate the best returns from their portfolios.
"Watching a property transform from something fairly rundown into something extraordinary is one of my favourite parts of the job, and having the opportunity to help Cullen Property clients choose the perfect investment is very exciting," says the new recruit.

JLL has expanded its cost management and project management teams with two senior appointments.
Aimee Baker (right) and Dalene Kyzer (left) are two new directors for the firm's Project and Development Services (PDS) team.
Aimee has transferred from a similar role in Australia and will focus on project management in the public sector, while Dalene joins from Quantem where she was a partner and will be responsible for cost management for investor clients.
"These two appointments exemplify the outstanding talent and expertise we pride ourselves on at JLL," says Helen Gough, lead director of JLL's PDS UK team.
"With appointments such as Dalene and Aimee’s bolstering the UK team we will continue to provide market leading support to our clients across a variety of sectors.”

Last but not least, we turn our attention to Fresh Property Group - a purpose-built accommodation specialist.
The firm has recently appointed Scott Berry as its commercial and finance director. He will be based in London and responsible for the financial management and reporting, control framework and IT operations of a portfolio with rental income in excess of £100m per year.
"We currently have £1.1bn of assets under management across the UK and Ireland so Scott’s sector experience combined with his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm, make him a perfect fit for us,” says Rebecca Hopewell, Fresh Property Group's chief executive.
