Humberts - which when it was operating jointly with Chestertons was a prominent supporter of Agents’ Mutual and OnTheMarket - has resumed listing on Zoopla and Primelocation.
A statement from Zoopla parent company ZPG says Humberts has listed sales and lettings properties from six new franchise branches and five new hubs located across the UK with immediate effect.
OnTheMarket has been asked for its comment on the announcement.
Tim Simmons, director of sales and marketing at Humberts, says: “We’re pleased to be returning to ZPG and to now be listed across both Zoopla and PrimeLocation. ZPG have demonstrated the value and insight they can bring to both our business and customers and we feel now is the right time to return.”
ZPG says it has seen hundreds of branches return to its platform since OTM dropped its ‘one other portal’ rule in February, including Agents’ Mutual founding members Douglas & Gordon, Chestertons and most recently Strutt & Parker.
Charlie Bryant, managing director of ZPG Property Services, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Humberts back to the ZPG platform. Their return is another example of an agent really understanding our proposition and the value we can bring to their brand and customers and we’re looking forward to working with them.”
Humberts is itself in the middle of a substantial transformation as it moves from a traditional branch structure to a hub-based network of offices offering a range of property-related services in addition to sales and lettings.
