Agent to combine property knowledge with PropTech in new venture

A new franchisee says she will combine 20 years of property knowledge with state-of-the-art PropTech to provide customers with what she calls a “revived estate agency business.”

Natasha Firman, who has previously worked in both residential and commercial agency in central London as well as in the fund management and banking sectors, has become the new franchisee for the Tunbridge Wells office of Winkworth.

“I’m looking forward to embracing the challenge to compete in the local market and bringing a fresh approach to selling and letting in the area. I hope that my past experience in the London market, teamed with Winkworth’s London-to-country link and a fresh marketing approach, will help to create a unique service for homeowners in the area” she says.

“Our focus is on finding and retaining the best talent in the industry, whether that’s as a franchisee or an established manager within our offices, and Natasha perfectly demonstrates what we are looking for – she has a strong background in the property industry and will be able to draw on her past experiences to bring something new” explains Winkworth chief executive Dominic Agace.

He says his company is always on the lookout for new talent to joins its network, whether by opening a new franchised office, buying an existing branch or joining as an experienced manager looking to take charge.
