The founder of Rightmove and former Countrywide chief executive Harry Hill is one of a number of investors behind a new funding injection for PropTech marketplace service Unissu.
Hill is the highest profile agency industry figure in a group of investors who have collectively put US$800,000 - around £622,000 - into the platform’s development.
Unissu - co-founded by James Dearsley, a weekly contributor to Estate Agent Today on PropTech issues - allows property firms across the world to assess the different PropTech solutions available from a directory of over 7,200 companies, as well as access editorial and research discussing digital transformation in real estate.
“This most recent round of investment gives us the firepower to further scale up this service, improve the accuracy and speed of our matching algorithm and continue to ensure that we connect the right buyers with the right sellers” according to Unissu chief executive Eddie Holmes, who is also the founding chairman of the UK PropTech Association.
