A high-end estate agency which describes itself as 'the world's only global lifestyle real estate company' is recruiting new partner agents.
Quintessentially Estates, based in London, is looking for people who wish to buy, sell, rent and manage prime properties under the banner of its branding.
The company has issued a call to all 'super prime agents', offering a 'life-changing opportunity to build a property empire'.
The agency is already well-established in Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific areas and is now planning to expand in additional global locations, including Spain, Korea, Australia, Indonesia Canada, Japan, the Caribbean, Kazakhstan, Kuwait and more.
New partners will be given access to a captive audience of ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The estate agency side of the Quintessentially group was founded 10 years ago and the company turned over more than £1 billion in property sales over the last year.
"We are seeking affiliate partners in the world’s wealth centres and regions which represent lifestyle hotspots for the global elite – locations where our discerning concierge clients spend both their professional and leisure time," says Quintessentially Estates' chief executive, Penny Mosgrove (pictured above).
"I constantly analyse patterns and requests from our client base, which is becoming more international, which is why we have embarked on ambitious global expansion plans. We are looking for partners who want to take their business to the next level overnight."
Carina Bendeck, the firm's international business director, adds: "As the only global lifestyle real estate agency backed by the world’s number one concierge company, we provide both clients and partners with a unique proposition."
She says the Quintessentially is looking for agents whose business models focus on 'once in a lifetime property deals, not volume'.
"We welcome enquiries from real estate experts who have existing track record in the super prime real estate sector," she says.
The agency, which is based in Belgravia, says many of its instructions never reach the open market.
