The Night Before Christmas
'Twas the night before Christmas in an unsold house,
The estate agent instructed had been quiet as a mouse.
A stocking was hung by the chimney with care.
But not a single offer letter could be found in there.
St Nicholas, however, did appear with a gift ,
An Agent and Homes board to give the campaign a lift,
And their very own agent who would be honest and effective,
To replace their high street agent who was more than a little defective.
An experienced agent to be your one point of call,
From valuation to viewing to offer and all,
A bespoke service from someone who cares,
And will save you from your Christmas property nightmares.
A happy St Nick then left via the front door,
That the high street agent had left open before,
He hopped onto his sleigh that now had a fine,
From an over-zealous traffic warden who was working overtime.
And he cried out to his reindeer, "We have more work to do!,
Some silly agent has left the lights on at no. 22!”,
So off they went and as he drove out of sight,
He boomed "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight!’.
Fantastic Rollo - thank you and have a great one! Below you can see the flyers in question.
Next comes a splendid video sent to us by Samantha Hossack, lettings director at TLC agency in north London. “I thought you might like a laugh at our expense … no less than 25 staff members and three dogs came together to complete this little beauty.” You can watch the video by clicking the banner below.
The laugh’s not at your expense Samantha - we’re just happy to see you all having a good time, and roping in one or two bystanders as well. And you didn’t mention the great Elton-style specs some of you are wearing. It’s a fabulous video.
