A string of estate agents have signed up to an online auction provider that suppliers white labelled services to its customers.
Bamboo Auctions has struck deals with Webbers, Greenslade Taylor Hunt, Town and Country, Perry Bishop and Choices Estate Agents.
They join existing customers Fisher German, Hunters and Bradleys, each of which has signed with Bamboo this year.
The platform is branded in each agent’s own styles and colours and fully integrated into websites; agents have control over the sales progression and are free to determine their own fee structures.
Bamboo cites two agents who have gone on the record to give testimonials to the company.
Lee Hussell, partner at Webbers Estate Agents, says: “We’re excited by the opportunities that exist for us as agents to offer another option for our clients and establish a further point of difference within our service against that of our competitors. We look forward to seeing the results in due course.”
And Philip Bishop, managing director at Perry Bishop, comments, “We are confident that this new initiative will achieve the best price and find the best buyer for our clients.”
Robin Rathore, Bamboo’s chief executive, claims that the factor setting his firm apart from others is that agents can determine their own reservation fees and control their own vendor relationships.
Prospective buyers can search, register and bid for properties online through Bamboo’s website as well as access each individual agent’s properties through their respective websites.
