PropTech services The ValPal Network and Loop Software have launched an integration which they say will reduce admin and maximise valuation opportunities for agents.
The collaboration will mean that an agent using both ValPal and Loop to generate a valuation request will see the lead goes straight into their CRM. As well as allowing them to act quickly on opportunities, this also saves valuable time.
Agents who use Loop Software's full functionality such as its prospecting and market intelligence systems can also benefit from being able to automatically send leads on a journey to increase the chances of conversion.
The agent will also receive relevant data about the property, such as when it was last on the market and how long for.
“This partnership …eliminates double-keying, saving agents time and helping them to avoid unnecessary and repetitive administration work” explains Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network.
Both companies say the partnership reinforces the value of PropTech suppliers collaborating to make agents' lives easier.
The ValPal Network and Loop Software were both nominated for the Most Collaborative PropTech award at the 2019 UK PropTech Awards - ultimately won by Loop.
“As we approach 2020, there is no reason why any supplier should be operating in isolation. We've got first-hand experience of how collaborations are helping agents to remain successful in a challenging market” explains Vile.
Claire Owen, Loop founder director, adds: “Collaboration is at the heart of our business, both with our own customers and with other best in class suppliers. We see partnerships and software integrations as fundamental to next generation platforms and believe that technology should displace administrative tasks to enable estate agents to focus on building trusted relationships with consumers.”
The ValPal Network is a product of Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today, Letting Agent Today and the other ‘Today’ industry titles.
