Century 21 UK, the British arm of the US-based franchising agency, is to open three new offices in the New Year.
The firm had three new branches launched in the build up to Christmas - one in Hackney, another in Leicester, and the third through the acquisition of south-west London agency Jezzards - but the three new openings scheduled for next month are all in the capital.
They are at all in the west of the capital at Heathrow, Ealing and Hammersmith - the latter will be called Century 21 Prestige.
Chris Summers, head of franchising at SDL Group - which owns the Century 21 UK operation - says: “We’re thrilled to be adding to our ever-growing UK network. Hackney is a fantastic East London property spot that has seen huge growth in recent years, while Leicester continues to thrive and become an attractive spot to live and work in the Midlands.”
The acquisition of Jezzards - initially announced earlier this month - has been described by Century 21 UK as the largest in its history.
Dylan Mollison-Cousen, business owner of the office in Cobham which made the acquisition, has merged the pipeline of properties and will operate from two offices, adding a new branch in Hampton to his base in Cobham.
