OnTheMarket is to continue its TV advertising campaign throughout February - and this time it’s ad is also going to be shown in 850 gyms across the UK.
The advertisements will run nationally on ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and digital channels, including some Sky channels; the campaign will also run on the catch-up services ITV Hub, All4 and Sky, as well as on the Videology and Finecast networks.
The advert will also appear on screens in gyms including those of the David Lloyd, Nuffield Health, Fitness First, Pure Gym and The Gym clubs as well as many independents.
OnTheMarket’s long-term radio advertising partnership for Premier League football content on talkSport continues while advertising will also be seen in the stadiums for some of the Guinness Six Nations rugby matches - Wales v England on February 23 and Scotland v Wales on March 9.
There will also be an app download campaign on Facebook; OTM is the only one of the ‘top three’ portals to put rental listings on Facebook Marketplace.
Helen Whiteley, commercial director of OnTheMarket, says: “Our heavy and concerted investment in national multi-channel advertising is playing a key role in building momentum for OnTheMarket as we continue to grow our agent base, our traffic and the value we generate for our agent shareholders and customers in terms of leads.
"We continue to highlight the fact to our core audience of active property-seekers that every month thousands of new properties are advertised at OnTheMarket 24 hours or more before they are on Rightmove or Zoopla.
"All of this marketing activity is supported further by the integrated co-branding and advertising which so many of our estate and letting agents continue to provide.”
