The Guild of Property Professionals' regional roadshow for existing and potential members, resumes its activities next week with a visit to Southampton.
The roadshow has already been to Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter, and continues throughout May.
The events are named ‘Mindset, Skillset, Toolset’ and focus on offering agents tools and techniques to thrive in the current challenging economic environment.
Each includes a Guild products and services launch with preferential rates given to Guild agents, a free local market report and national market overview, practical tips and advice to overcome challenges of the Tenant Fee Ban and a key presentation from The Guild’s compliance officer, Paul Offley.
There will also be two estate agency training sessions in the afternoon with Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie - the host of each day - offering insights into methods of business growth through acquisition, maximisation and retention, as well as practical day to day tips for estate agents.
The events are sponsored by PropTech and other suppliers including Credas, Intouch Display, Peach Software and Yomdel.
