A Leicestershire estate and lettings agent has expanded after buying Barrow Upon Soar-based Strawberry Lettings and Sales.
Berkley Estate & Letting Agents is an independent company which operates with offices throughout Leicestershire.
As a result of the acquisition it will have a branch in Barrow upon Soar to add to this in Leicester city centre and Kibworth.
Scott Burrows, director of Berkley Estate & Letting Agents, says: “We manage, advise on and sell land and properties throughout the county. The acquisition of Strawberry Lettings and Sales increases our reach into the Charnwood area which the property market has been thriving in recent years.
“We’d been looking to open a branch in the area for a while so when the business became available it was an easy decision to make as we expanded both the team and our portfolio with this deal.”
