Two PropTech advocates have launched a podcast series telling agents how to improve their businesses.
One of the couple is Mark Worrall, co-founder of love2move. This is the online network which allows traditional High Street agents to offer a white-labelled hybrid service; this allows sellers to manage large parts of the process themselves with the option of upgrading to a full high street service if necessary.
The other podcaster is Sam Hunter, director of Homesearch. This is the service which launched in June, pledging to provide estate and letting agents with “game changing” access to property data and market intelligence including Land Registry information, planning application histories and demographic profiles.
The podcast series is to be called World Class Agency and the pair say it is designed “to provide insight and spark debate” as they “discuss and dissect what it means to be a top performer and what it takes to go from being a good agent to being world class.”
“Sam and I have set ourselves a goal of sharing what it takes to be world class from those already operating that level in the market to take other property professionals who are on the same journey. We hope the podcast will be a great place for agents to find new ideas that will help bring positive change to their businesses” says Worrall.
Meanwhile Hunter adds: “We don’t claim to be world class, but the title of our podcast is the aspiration we think every agent should be aiming for and one we know many other property professionals share. Our industry is evolving rapidly, and we will be talking about a range of issues that affect agents now but will also impact on their businesses in the future as we aim to stay ahead of the curve.”
