The six brands that make up The Property Franchise Group are the latest signings for yet-to-launch portal Boomin.
TPFG’s brands are national networks Martin & Co and EweMove, and regional operations Whitegates, CJ Hole, Ellis & Co, and Parkers.
These will add substantially to Boomin’s early inventory - the group's franchised network currently lets circa 32,000 properties and sells circa 11,000 properties per annum. The network generated revenues of £93m in 2019 and employed roughly 2,250 staff.

Early member agencies - there have been some 40 announced before TPFG - can use the platform free of charge until January 2022.
Boomin claims these founding members are “at the forefront of influencing and developing the future for property portals.”
Although the portal remains under wraps until later this month, it’s known that Boomin include a ‘sneak peek’ element which means visitors will not only see properties listed for sale, but also those instructed but not yet marketed, those in a chain, and in some cases those currently being valued.
There would also be a ‘matchmaker’ option allowing would-be buyers to name the street they wish to move to, allowing agents covering that area to proactively offer potential properties.
In addition, a ’24-7’ service will allow buyers and sellers to book, respectively, viewings and valuations; and a ‘Property Playground’ allows more casual visitors to Boomin to buy services, utilities, or lifestyle and design supplies - with potential referral fees for agents.
