Reapit has named Mark Armstrong as the new chief executive officer, the post occupied by the high profile and popular Gary Barker until July.
Armstrong brings over 30 years of experience in the enterprise IT industry to Reapit, the property software provider of CRM and property management solutions.
A statement yesterday evening said that Reapit and its customers across the globe were expected to benefit significantly from Armstrong’s international experience and in-depth understanding of delivering market leading technology.
His industry knowledge will be bolstered by the continued presence of estate agency veteran Adrian Gill, who stood in as temporary CEO and will remain with Reapit as a consultant.
Armstrong says: “I am delighted and genuinely excited to have been invited to join Reapit as their new CEO. Reapit is a strong business and a respected, well-known brand name in the PropTech sphere, and I am looking forward to working with everyone on the team to continue delivering feature-rich, innovative estate agency CRM solutions for agents across the UK and internationally.”
Gary Barker - who spent 15 years at Reapit, seven as CEO - was set to become chief executive of soon-to-launch portal Boomin, but had to withdraw for personal reasons.
