Let’s start in London with JOHNS&CO, which has launched a new Residential Development division to be led by David McCooke, former senior manager at the agency.
The Residential Development division covers Land Acquisitions and Development Consultancy plus Build To Rent research and consultancy through to Project Marketing and New Homes Sales.
David has been with JOHNS&CO for five years and says: “Having been involved with some of the most-high profile and landmark residential development projects in London over the past ten years, I am excited to be taking on this new role to lead, grow and enhance this new division within the agency.”

Staying in the capital, UK Sotheby’s International Realty has welcomed global advisor Mary Roberton to the London office after transferring from Dubai.
Previously Mary spent three and a half years working with Gulf Sotheby’s in Dubai where she remains very active, making her primary geographical scope the UK and the United Arab Emirates.
She says: “I am very excited to be based in London, working with an excellent team whilst remaining very hands-on with our UAE clients to track real estate opportunities here and overseas.”

And still in London - this time moving to the south of the capital - there’s news from Kalmars, an agency opening a new office on the Old Kent Road next month, which has three new members of staff.
Tallulah Davids (below) joins as the new office coordinator, Brendan McMillan (right) is a Retail and decentralised office consultant, and Anthony Carter (below) joins as junior office consultant.
The new office will operate in conjunction with the agency’s existing Shad Thames HQ and will focus on residential sales and new homes.

Off to the Midlands we go where long-established agency Berriman Eaton is expanding into Worcestershire for the first time - something we’ve already reported on EAT.
Debbie Fellows and Julia Simonds have joined the firm to head-up Berriman Eaton Worcestershire and will be responsible for selling and letting properties across the county, from Hagley in the east to Cleobury Mortimer in the west, the beautiful village of Kinver in the north and to Droitwich Spa in the south.

Herddle, the lettings and property management business, has appointed Jade Vincent to the new role of head of product.
Jade is a property product professional with a significant experience across multiple sectors - from consumer goods to investment banking - and a deep understanding of what real estate developers, landlords and tenants want in the modern housing market.
“Herddle’s in an incredible position to change and disrupt the residential letting market for the better. I’m very excited to join and help them along their journey. It’s an amazing opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team to help make Herddle’s vision a reality” she explains.
Finally Nicky Stevenson, the managing director of Fine & Country, has become one of the 100-plus mentors giving their time and experience to Agents Together, the new charity which launched this year.
“I am very grateful to have had people in my career that I would class as mentors, people that have shaped and helped my career to develop over the past 17 years in the property industry” explains Nicky.
“So, when Sarah Edmundson, chief executive of Agents Together, discussed with me the mentorship scheme, it was something that I jumped at the chance to do; to give back to others in an industry I love.”
