A series of PropTech announcements over recent days suggest the sector is still buoyant with innovation.
Firstly it’s been revealed that agents using Reapit will now be able directly to create so-called ‘property showcases’ on the London-focussed Vyomm portal, which deals largely with high-end homes aiming to be sold off-market.
“So many of London’s prime estate agents who love the way they can showcase their properties on Vyomm, or share encrypted off-market properties through magic links, but were daunted by the task of using two separate systems, now have the best of both world,” says Utsav Goenka, the founder of Vyomm.
Separately, inventory software company InventoryBase is partnering with fledgling portal OpenBrix. This allows the portal’s customers to book through InventoryBase’s Workstreams product.
This partnership follows on from a range of new services for InventoryBase including virtual live inspections, drone inspections and self-service inventories.
Meanwhile teclet - 20 per cent owned by another portal, OnTheMarket - has announced a partnership with Landmark Estate Agency Services, a division of Landmark Information Group.
This will integrate Landmark’s range of anti-money laundering compliance and property data solutions with teclet’s new CRM platform for sales and letting agents. Services on offer include HM Land Registry checks to identify and validate property ownership.
John Evans, teclet’s commercial director, says: “teclet has concentrated on building modular platforms that enhance and automate much of the sales, lettings and management process. Crucially we work with expert suppliers to integrate ‘best in class’ solutions for the benefit of all stakeholders.”
