One of the country’s best known high-end independent estate agencies is marketing a home for £22.5m and hopes it finds a buyer through a virtual viewing.
Beauchamp Estates in central London says 360-degree virtual viewings are possible on its entire range of homes for sale and rent.
In addition, it says, “for unoccupied or empty new build homes once contracts are exchanged, transactions can continue without any delay since there are no existing occupiers.”
The virtual viewing supplier used by Beauchamp, Reeve 360, has visited all of the agency’s properties; the highest value on sale is a Grade II listed six bedroom mansion at Lygon Place in Belgravia, priced at £22.5m.
Virtual viewings are also available for an entire terrace of luxury new build London townhouses, known as Elsworthy Rise, with town houses priced at £10m.
“China and the Asian markets are slowly emerging from the Coronavirus quarantine and international investors are seeing the turmoil in stock markets, taking flight from equities and putting their money into fixed assets such as premium property” says Jeremy Gee, managing director of the agency.
