Good morning and welcome to today’s edition, helping agents find a way through the Coronavirus crisis by sharing information with the industry.
If you have appropriate advice or guidance, please email press@estateagenttoday.co.uk and we’ll do the rest. Thank you.
First today, a webinar about self-employment - will more agents want to take this route after the lockdown ends and the market begins to return to normal?

Fine & Country’s Associate Platform chief Nicky Stevenson is hosting a free webinar tomorrow at 4pm.
She writes: “Becoming an Associate is available to experienced agents in certain geographical areas, and there is an application/due diligence process. Being an Associate is a commission only role. To attend the webinar, we will ask for your CV to be submitted ahead of time.”

There’s been a flurry of offers from PropTech firms to agents and these continue apace.
On Letting Agent Today you can see a dramatic offer to letting agents by Goodlord; meanwhile Lendlord - a portfolio property management platform - has launched a range of free tools.
This includes a new feature to help landlords and agents calculate their rental cover ratio by stress testing their portfolio at Local Housing Allowance and Universal Credit rates.
And finally today, last week on Conquering Corona we let readers know that Mike DelPrete, an international analyst whose research has featured in many stories on Estate Agent Today in recent years, was hosting a free 30 minute webinar covering the massive amount of change and disruption occurring in the industry.
Mike, a highly respected consultant who has done substantial research on the portal and agency markets, has now generously made a recording of the webinar available free of charge.
