How have your teams kept up morale during lockdown?

Lockdown may be over soon - but who knows what a relaxation of the current restrictions will really mean for our industry across most of the UK?

The past weeks have been stressful for everyone but we want to celebrate the determination and team spirit of the industry by sharing information on how agencies and suppliers have kept in touch with their team members as they’ve worked from home.

Have you had daily or weekly team meetings on Zoom? Have you organised virtual pub quizzes hosted by the boss or team leaders to keep up the spirits? 

And what about events that would in normal times have involved a celebration in the office, like a birthday or a wedding - how have you marked these during lockdown? 

Whatever your agency or supplier has done to keep spirits high when times were low, we would like to know and share with the industry - and if there are any images of the events, even if they are likely to be Zoom screengrabs, please send them too.

Just jot on an email a few lines describing what your business has done to keep in touch with colleagues and we’ll use them instead of our usual news on Friday May 8 - that’s just next week and the next Bank Holiday in case you’ve lost track!
