The ESTAS has launched a new tool which it says will help agents get in pole position for when the market returns after the Coronavirus crisis finally ends.
“The next few months are going to be tougher than ever but it’s also important that agencies keep their brands on the public’s radar so that when we do eventually get through this period they are in a strong position to take advantage of any upturn” explains ESTAS founder Simon Brown.
“With working from home becoming the norm for most of us over the coming months agency websites have become their only shop window, it’s critical they make sure their website is generating engagement. To this end displaying good quality customer reviews are more important than ever in attracting new clients when the market returns.”

Social media is definitely key at the moment - everyone is on it - so agents should be making sure their brand, proposition and even their stock is on it. Locked doors for agencies does not need to mean that businesses can not still engage with consumers. If anything this effort should be stepped up.
