Keller Williams UK has named Ron Cole as Market Centre Manager at KW London Bridge.
Having started a career in agency after serving in the armed forces, Ron has worked across London and the Home Counties, most recently as sales manager at Frosts in Hertfordshire.
“I’ve been very fortunate to have a 20 year career working with some truly amazing businesses and individuals. This resulted in the honour of building the most profitable London branch for a top 10 agency. Keller Williams now offers me the chance to develop agents to be successful and wealthy in their own right too” says Ron.
Still with KW, Nicholas Garrett is now Market Centre Manager at KW Prime in London’s Victoria.
Nicholas joined Foxtons in 2017, consulting on luxury property sales for HNW individuals from overseas.
“I’ve made the decision to be part of a business I believe represents the future of the sector and that future is around finding, nurturing and motivating the best agents around and, in doing so, helping to make them the best they can be” he says.

Brand new agencies are always welcome, but especially so in the current challenging period - and this is a particularly positive story.
Whitaker Seager is now operating in the Stroud and Cirencester areas of the Cotswolds, run by Liz Whitaker-Street and Amy Seager.
Both were born and brought up in the area and together they have clocked up 35 years of working for Hamptons International.
“We’ve learnt a lot from working for an international company but now we want to use our experience to give an especially personal and individual approach at what can be, if mishandled, one of the most stressful times in a person’s life. We will be with our clients all the way from their decision to sell their property to the day it becomes someone else’s home; our clients will always have the confidence in knowing that they will be dealing with either Amy or Liz” they say.
Amongst suppliers, Rayner Personnel has appointed Rightmove’s former commercial director of estate agency, Jason Bushby, as managing director of Rayner’s B2B Specialist Sales.
His role is to head up Rayner’s push into the business services and specialist sales arena.
