Two independent agencies in London have joined forces to form a 'full circle' service for developers, promising to transform the property development industry in the capital and Hertfordshire.
Location Location and Anthony Pepe have collaborated to launch a service called ONE.
Location Location managing director Vicky Bibiris says: “We’ve spotted a space in the market which brings together all the initial services property developers and investors need such as land sourcing, architects, planners and designers. But we’ve gone one step further by covering the next phase by giving them access to property staging, dedicated marketing teams and of course estate and letting agents.
“We came up with the name ONE because we’re aiming to be that sole point of contact for all things land and new homes. Think of it as all the services developers and investors need, under ONE roof. It’s aimed at saving them time, adding value through access to expertise and making the most of their budgets, while always providing the standards of service which Anthony Pepe and Location Location have built their reputations on.”
Charlie Perdios, from Antony Pepe, adds: “Working closely with the team at Location Location means we can provide a level of service, contacts and coverage that’s going to be hard to beat. As with everything our two companies do, our clients will be looked after with integrity, expertise and care.”
ONE will be headed up by north London agent and developer Andy Loizou, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the capital's market.
The company will be covering London and the South East, and both agencies are members of the Land and New Homes Network.
Meanwhile, still in the capital, Dexters has strengthened its Prime Central London presence with a new office on Chelsea’s Sloane Avenue handling sales, lettings and property management.
The agency says it’s seen a huge increase in buyer and tenant enquiries over the summer, and is currently carrying out over 9,000 property viewings a week.
The new Dexters office joins 12 others in PCL including Chelsea, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Notting Hill, Marylebone and Westminster. Marketing is coordinated through a Mayfair showroom.
The agency’s chief executive Andy Shepherd says: “This opening is perfectly timed, coinciding with the busiest and most productive market we have seen in Prime Central London in five years. Enquiries for properties here are flooding in, including increasing activity from the corporate world through our relocation team. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the way in which we operate and with safety our top priority, the new office provides plenty of space for our team to work.”

It'll be interesting to see how ONE gets along. They are combining aspects of the circle that haven't always been 'on the same side.'.....
And will they attract new clients or simply maintain the relationships they already have?
Wish the guys at AP & LL all the best of luck with ONE- two seriously effective, multi-award-winning independent agents joining forces- should be pretty epic!
