Estate agents who differentiate themselves from competitors should not be afraid of charging more - and should have confidence when doing so.
Agents should “shout from the hilltops” says Chris Manderson from comparison website Get Agent. In particular he says they should gather data to prove their sales record, marketing, personal career history and knowledge of the local market. With that armoury, they can be proud of what they do and back up their claims to be better than the competition.
