Zoopla says its new In-Search ads have secured over 38m impressions since their launch.
‘In-Search’ ads are hosted on Zoopla’s listings search page - its most visited page with over 120m views per month. Ads are shown in line with listings, delivering what the portal calls “a highly engaged audience for customers.”
To date, over 150,000 clicks from high intent homeowners have been delivered to agents and housebuilders.
In addition, multiple targeting options allows agents to reach customers in specific locations.
Recent enhancements to the product mean campaigns now go live within 24 hours of a customer committing to the service.
Andy Marshall, Zoopla’s chief commercial officer, says: “We’re always striving to deliver commercial success for our agent and house builder partners…Our latest enhancement enables our customers to get their ads live quickly, driving efficiencies and ensuring they can focus on winning instructions.”
In a statement publicising the service, Zoopla quotes Ian Green, owner of Ian Green Residential, saying: "We're currently using In-Search ads to target two areas and I've been very impressed with the product so far. I can use my own branded messaging to target customers looking to buy or rent on the Zoopla website and offer them a valuation."
