Hertfordshire agency Sewell & Gardner has cut the ribbon on a refurbished and extended office, which will incorporate two previously-separate branches as well as the company’s previously-separate commercial wing.
The new flagship building sits on the site of the original office in central Rickmansworth, and will also accommodate Sewell & Gardner’s sister company and commercial specialist, Perry Holt.
The new hub will also incorporate the Chorleywood and Croxley Green offices: the firm says that by co-locating all the services in the one place, the aim is to provide a more efficient operation with slicker communication. There will be no job losses.
Alex Sewell, managing director of Sewell & Gardner and Perry Holt, comments: “The exodus of families from London has led to huge demand for homes in our area. We remain firmly committed to the Chorleywood and Croxley Green areas but believe that the modern-day customer does not necessarily expect a physical presence in every town and village in which they operate.
“Additionally, we will be looking to pass on any cost savings from the streamlining of our business directly to our clients.”
