Midlands-based estate agency franchise Newton Fallowell, which is part of the Belvoir Group, has rebranded.
The new look is being rolled out gradually across the brand’s network.
Newton Fallowell managing director David Spackman says: “This is the first rebrand for Newton Fallowell since joining the Belvoir Group and since I became managing director. Newton Fallowell is a fantastic brand, and this fresh new look will help to keep us ahead of the competition.
“We have also refreshed the Goodchilds brand, which is also part of the Newton Fallowell Group.
“Estate agency is an ever-changing landscape, and our business has continued to grow and be successful, never more so than in the last 12 months, and we believe there is enormous potential for the brand and for our franchisees going forward.”
Franchisees were involved throughout the rebranding process and the company says it’s retained Newton Fallowell’s dominant orange colour but has replaced the contrasting black with navy and tweaked other areas, as well as using new artwork.
