Property porn as a popular pastime is as big in the US as it is here, as fans of shows like Netflix’s Selling Sunset and Channel 4’s Most Expensive Homes will know.
And Zillow is as big a property portal in the US as our own Rightmove is here - it’s just as controversial amongst estate agents, and just as famous amongst the wider population.
So it’s no surprise that the veteran satirical American TV show Saturday Night Live should choose to make the ultimate property soft porn advertisement for Zillow … with something of a cold shower when the estate agents have their say.
