Propertymark celebrates large rise in apprenticeship qualifications

Propertymark’s qualifications division says it’s seen a 30 per cent rise in apprenticeship registrations since the start of this year.

In a progress report to mark National Apprenticeship Week, the industry body says that despite Coronavirus, member firms have embraced the Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship Standard, which has End Point Assessment through Propertymark Qualifications.

Indeed, the rise of almost one third in interest means there are now 84 apprentices registered.

Furthermore, to ensure that apprentices can continue to be assessed despite the challenges of remote working due to the pandemic, Propertymark Qualifications has created a platform to deliver remote assessments.

Some 33 apprentices were able to complete their EPA with a 100 per cent success rate and no fewer than 60 per cent of those apprentices achieved a distinction.
