Challenger portal OneDome has signed up one of the larger UK agencies, the Leaders Romans Group.
LRG will list all its residential sales and rental properties on OneDome and Nethouseprices and, via OneDome, on Facebook Marketplace as well.
Jason Messingham, head of digital marketing at Leaders Romans Group, says: “We always aim to utilise the most effective marketing channels to ensure our landlords’ and vendors’ properties are seen by as many tenants and buyers as possible. Therefore, we are excited to expand our relationship with OneDome and looking forward to a productive partnership”
Babek Ismayil, OneDome Group’s chief executive, says the signing is an important milestone for his company “and one which provides us with an opportunity to further grow our business, and work with a reputable and high-profile brand.”
The OneDome and Nethouseprice sites generate some 2.7m visitors and over 170,000 buyer and tenant leads per month, and the OneDome Group says this places it as first in terms of traffic and lead generation amongst those portals challenging Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
Earlier this year OneDome launched a New Homes division and announced a partnership with Barratt Developments, the UK’s largest house builder while last year it revealed high-profile agencies including Andrews Property Group, Arun Estates, Hunters and Winkworth had signed up.
OneDome says it guarantees agents a 100-year free-to-list contract and offers also to list agents’ properties on Facebook Marketplace.
*Leaders Romans has also announced its biggest acquisition to date - the purchase of the Gibbs Gillespie agency, which has operated since 1991 and has 13 branches across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. All locations, with the exception of Amersham and Gerrards Cross, are within the M25.

Never ceases to amaze me how cheaply these companies give access to their valuable data. When something is free, you are the product.
