epropservices, parent company of The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country, has acquired estate agency website supplier Starberry.
The firm is described as a creative digital agency, which offers lead generation technology as well as website creation.
Toscafund, epropservices’ 85 per cent shareholder, has funded the deal.
Founded in 2001 by brothers Ben and Rus Sellers, Starberry’s activities are now to be expanded so that in addition to its existing customer base, it will also work with epropservices’ Guild and F&C brands.
