An agency has changed a property listing on its website following an intervention by the Advertising Standards Authority.
The agency was Campbell Property, which specialises in student accommodation.
An ASA spokesperson has told EAT: “A property listed on the advertiser’s website prompted a complaint because it did not make clear that the property was subject to a planning application that had not been approved and the address of the property was incorrect. We contacted the advertiser with the concerns that had been raised. They amended the property to show the correct address. They also added a note to the website regarding the planning application.”
