The Property Franchise Group, which earlier this year completed a buy out of franchise rival Hunters, has expanded its senior management team.
Led by chief executive Gareth Samples the top team now consists of Kate Randall (managing director of brands CJ Hole, Ellis & Co, Parkers and Whitegates), Nick Neill (managing director of hybrid agency EweMove), Eric Walker (managing director of Martin & Co South and Scotland), Gareth Williams (managing director of Martin & Co Midlands and North), and Glynis Frew, (managing director of Hunters, Country Properties and Mullucks).
A statement from TPFG says that since Samples’ appointment as chief executive a year ago the focus for the group has been on improving the central resources it provides to franchisees to support their growth.
“A key element of this support comes in the form of providing franchisees with access to expert knowledge and advice from industry professionals” it says, adding that the top table team between them have “decades of experience, and all bring individual skill sets and knowledge.”
It suggests that franchisees now have access to best practice marketing strategies, mergers and acquisitions support, and advice around growing a full service business in the evolving regulatory environment.
“The team is actively reaching out to and supporting our franchisees every day, presenting opportunities and assisting them to execute new initiatives. Our network has responded very positively to our commitment to support them with such a high calibre team and feedback on its initial impact has been excellent” says Samples.
