The ESTAS Group has named a new headline sponsor for its 2021 Forum and Awards, taking over from Zoopla with immediate effect.
It’s the PropTech supplier Coadjute, which promotes the use of Blockchain to make house moving easier - the supplier claims sales complete up to 50 per cent quicker.
And as part of the link-up, the ESTAS says its shared mission with Coadjute is to align with The Times’ newspaper campaign to simplify the buying and selling process.
“When we started the process of looking for a new headline partner last year our brief was to find the next PropTech champion for property professionals for the coming decade” explains Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group.
He continues: “We wanted a partner whose product would be a game changer both for the property industry and home movers and we have found exactly that with Coadjute. At ESTAS our focus has always been helping to highlight and help improve customer service from agents, conveyancers, and brokers and Coadjute enables them to deliver this in a way that’s never been possible before. We are absolutely thrilled to have Coadjute on board.”
As part of the deal Coadjute will be the title sponsor for The ESTAS Forum and Awards held on October 22 this year.
Dan Salmons, Coadjute’s chief executive, says: “We are proud to work with ESTAS to bring together the very best agents, conveyancers and brokers under one roof for the first time. This year’s theme of ‘Working Together Better’ could not be more apt for Coadjute – it is something we believe in passionately.
“Our network seamlessly and securely connects the systems that agents, conveyancers and brokers use, enabling professionals to see progress and share documents, cut transaction times, and give even better customer service. We are therefore delighted to be supporting ESTAS and the whole property industry to celebrate the best service, and the benefits of working together."
The ESTAS Awards and Forum will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday October 22, with TV property supremo Phil Spencer presiding.
It will be the first major industry event post-pandemic, and Brown adds: “We can’t wait to host everyone in October, the atmosphere will be truly unique created by a sense of togetherness after what’s been an incredibly difficult time for the whole country.”
Tickets for the event can now be reserved at reserve-tickets.
