A prime London estate agency is going global - not only with a new office in the UK capital but with plans for others around the world.
Beauchamp Estates has opened a new branch at St John’s Wood in London to complement its existing Mayfair office, as well as others currently in New York, Lisbon, St Tropez, Tel Aviv, Cannes and Mykonos.
Now it’s also planning new branches in Los Angeles, South America, the Gulf states and Asia.
The new St John’s Wood office will be appropriately upmarket according to a statement from the agency, with marble coffee tables, a feature wall, Oak finish flooring, mood lighting, a fully fitted kitchen and - of course - a marble-tiled guest powder room.
“St. John’s Wood is one of the most vibrant markets in London at present due to the supply of high quality houses with home offices and gardens and luxury apartments with proximity to parks, which is exactly what people want” says Beauchamp founder Gary Hersham.
The agency’s new homes team will relocate to the St John's Wood office, which will include a special marketing suite for displaying scale-models of new residential developments, with a digital screen with marketing material to one side of the window and an interactive screen to use with a model being marketed.
The firm has buyers and tenants from 234 countries around the world.
