The free to list portal Residential People has launched what it claims to be a new Map View feature which “goes above and beyond what is currently available elsewhere, offering greater functionality and delivering a more intuitive user experience.”
The new Map View allows consumers to see the price of a property at a glance, as well as further filtering results to display a cluster of properties organised by highest or lowest price within their requested price range.
A user will now see a cluster of properties across their specified area, indicated by an average price. Clicking a cluster will cause it to expand while the map zooms in to show the user a more accurate and detailed map view of the individual properties available.
