Franchise giant Winkworth has launched a new property podcast to boost its marketing.
The Property Exchange podcast will air monthly, with the first discussing Town v Country and tapping into the ‘race for space’ that has characterised parts of the housing market this year.
Podcasts will be presented by the former Times property editor Anne Ashworth.
In it the agency’s chief executive, Dominic Agace, explains how there are multiple potential buyers for every valuation undertaken in the country; meanwhile in London, which was hit badly by the pandemic effect on the market, there is also a return to business with a 48 per cent increase in sales by Winkworth franchisees in the capital in early 2021.
Charlie Mitchell, director of Winkworth’s Tooting office, also talks about work-life balance following his move to Suffolk.
Dominic Agace says: “Podcasts are a channel which has grown in popularity over the lockdown. We are using it to speak to our clients and keep them informed of our latest thoughts, by providing direct access to the views of the experts within our network.
“We will be covering different services and focusing on a range of geographical locations. Our clients can tune into the podcasts which are relevant to them at a time that suits them.”
The Property Exchange is available on Apple and Spotify.
