Agents urged to train to get most from existing PropTech

A PropTech entrepreneur is urging agents to maximise their training on existing PropTech to ensure they optimise its effectiveness.

Anton Babkov, chief executive of agency software supplier Rex, says agents’ failure to understand the full functions of CRM software is potentially the reason for unused PropTech in the industry.

“Estate agency software is only at its most valuable if you can use it easily, reliably and safely” says Babkov.

He claims PropTech is particularly useful to help alleviate the pressure that agents are currently under because of increased buyers, sellers and tight deadlines. 

And he adds that finding solutions to issues that arise needs to be at the core of every agency’s strategy to heighten the success rate and ensure the business runs smoothly. Whereas choosing not to implement PropTech properly could stifle business growth. 

Babkov adds that PropTech aims to resolve common issues that estate agents endure during work. 

Automation of tasks helps agents reduce lead time and avoid unnecessary delays. This also helps improve overall brand identity as it shows the agency is able to constantly deliver their own unique service experience.
