Creating a New Homes division could be a good way of expanding an agency business according to the head of a successful firm in the south of England.

“There are a lot of new homes being built across the country - we’re no different … This new communities will provide opportunities in the years ahead … If you’ve got the right people you want to back, who may have some local following already, and if you’ve got some brand knowledge already, try it” he tells Chris Buckler, an agent who have interviewed Wiggett in a video exclusively for Estate Agent Today readers.
The tight five minute interview covers expanding via lettings and how, especially in Covid times, having good quality and consistent staff helps create brand loyalty and strength.
