A new team of managers at one of the country’s best known franchise brands hopes to promote the concept amongst agents.
Hunters has bolstered its franchise team with the appointment of four new managers to help branches develop their businesses and supercharge growth.
The three new regional franchise managersare Peter Croft, who was previously a Lettings Manager for Hunters in York; Jennie Thorn who was previously Auction Manager at Hunters and Sam Larkin who joins from Woolley & Parks estate agents. Hunters has also promoted Maryam Bham to the new role of Franchise Sales Manager - she has worked for Hunters for 15 years, most recently as Business Development Manager.
The agency says the new appointments will help to develop, motivate and support a region of franchise network branches, driving sales and profitability across the businesses, while contributing to the development of improving customer service and operational standards.
Glynis Frew, managing director of Hunters, says: “We are committed to growing our business both through the right external hires but also through the growth and development of our own staff, many of which have been with us for an extremely long time and have enjoyed exciting career trajectories.
“We believe our franchise offer is market-leading and with over 200 branches nationwide, the majority of which are franchise owned, we have clear proof in the success of this model and look forward to further growth through 2021 and beyond with the additional firepower of The Property Franchise Group.”
Hunters, which is part of TPFG, has a network of over 200 branches nationwide, with services covering residential sales, lettings, buy-to-let and investment, residential block management, land and new homes, franchising and other property related services.
