An agent has gone on record saying how he has progressed from being a photocopier boy at a Connells branch to eventually earning over £100,000 last month.

Petticrew say he started in a low responsibility role before joining an independent company and working his way up to become a managing director.

Midlands-based Petticrew charges 2.0 to 2.5 per cent and claims to have a waiting list of sellers who want to use him.
Newman says he is recruiting others to join his self employed model, where they earn 70 per cent of fees they generate. Part of the four day induction course is spent with Pettricrew.
